WASEL Pro VPN

Why Choose WASEL Pro VPN

When you're looking for a paid VPN account, the last thing you want to do is wasting time choosing the right VPN plan. A big advantage of WASEL pro VPN is that it comes in 4 basic plans: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. It starts at $10/month and if you choose the 1 year plan, you can pay as little as $7/month. All WASEL Pro VPN plans give you unlimited access to all servers with unlimited bandwidth and Torrent access. Also, all plans give you two concurrent VPN connections; one with the OpenVPN application and the other one using manual setups (L2TP protocol). This means you can connect two devices to WASEL pro VPN with just one subscription.

The staff is friendly and quick to respond. They are fluent in English and Arabic.

Security and Privacy

Privacy and security are the main reasons to use a VPN. While many VPN providers log user connections and/or user activity, Wasel Pro VPN does not maintain logs, hence allows you to use the Internet privately; nobody will ever know what exactly you were doing while logged in, not even your ISP. Wasel Pro is located in the Netherlands and complies with Dutch law. Their Terms & Conditions are pretty straight forward, but their privacy statement is hard to find. However, you'll receive a copy of their privacy statement as an attachment with your welcome email. Wasel Pro VPN uses 256-bit encryption and allows you to connect using OpenVPN and L2TP, currently the safest protocols available.

The website

waselpro.com is available in English, Arabic and other languages. The site has a clean look, is well organized and easy to navigate.

Register and Pay

Registration is quick and easy. Upon registration you'll get an activation e-mail within a few seconds. After activating your account, you login to your profile page on waselpro.com to choose one of the four packages you'll find on the left. This brings up an unpaid invoice which you can then pay with your preferred method of payment. Auto renewal is easy by clicking the auto renewal checkbox.

Download

To get started with using Wasel go to the download section and choose a suitable app for your operating system. WASEL Pro VPN supports all Windows versions (XP, Vista, 7, 8), all Mac versions (10.6 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion) and Android versions 4.0.3+. The Android app is available in the Android Market; Google Play. An iOS version is expected to be launched within a few weeks. As for devices using older Android and iOS versions, they're supported via the L2TP protocol. You'll find the setup instructions with screenshots available in the FAQ section.

Installation

Installing the application is very easy and well explained by the provided guide for each operating system. After installing the app, click the "Sign in" button and insert your e-mail address and password, click login and your subscription's expiry date will appear. Go back to the main window, click the drop-down box to select the server you would like to use, click connect and you're good to go.

Servers Locations

USA, UK, Germany, France and Sweden. WASEL Pro uses real, not virtual servers, and their list of servers is updated constantly.

OpenVPN through SSH tunnel

ISPs in some countries like China, Oman and Iran are using sophisticated monitoring systems such as Deep Packet Inspection or DPI. This technology is used to track OpenVPN – L2TP/IPSec connections.. To protect its users for DPI, WASEL Pro is offering a totally secured OpenVPN connection that cannot be detected, and therefore disrupted by ISPs in those countries. It combines OpenVPN and SSH tunnel technology in one simple step, all you need to do is to turn on the SSH mode by clicking the SSH checkbox then select the server and connect.

Conclusion

WASEL Pro is pretty new in the business but they're doing very well for a new service. If you're looking for a hassle free, easy to use, high speed VPN service and you really care about your privacy and anonymity online, you should check out WASEL Pro VPN. WASEL Pro streams Netflix, Hulu and Pandora effortlessly. And also works great with VoIP applications keeping you data safe no matter what you are doing online. Give them a try!
